Delivery

The delivery system is managed by our partner carrier. It is based on a scheduling of appointments that you decide on.
You can schedule your delivery according to your availability.
How does it work? It's very simple:
? We inform you of the progress of your order tracking in your Cazeboo account, "My orders" section
? Our partner sends you an SMS to the mobile phone number that you gave us.
? This message suggests dates for a delivery schedule
? You will be asked for a scheduling date for each package that makes up your order (you can then schedule them on the same date to simplify the reception of your order.

At Cazeboo, we are pleased to inform you that delivery is free on all of our products. This means that you will not have to pay any additional costs for the delivery of your orders.

For orders where all products are announced as "In stock", we strive to prepare your order within 24 to 48 hours. The delivery times specific to each product are clearly indicated on the Cazeboo website and, in these cases, do not exceed 5 working days.
For orders including products on reservation, preparation and delivery follow the longest time in order to allow you to receive your entire order in a grouped manner.
If you wish to receive the products in stock quickly, it is recommended to place two separate orders. The first will include the products in stock, and the second will include the products awaiting stock.

Currently, we deliver to about twenty different countries located throughout Europe: France, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Poland, Netherlands, Denmark, Romania, Croatia, Greece, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Lithuania and Latvia.

It is important to create your account in the country in which you wish to be delivered.
For example, if you live in France and wish to be delivered to France, it is essential to create an account on the cazeboo.fr website.
Otherwise, you will not be able to be delivered to this country.

Currently we do not deliver to the islands. We are working to improve this situation quickly and will keep you informed when Cazeboo is able to deliver to these areas.

Deliveries, through our partner carrier, are made exclusively with a scheduling of an appointment that you choose.
This allows you to calmly determine the delivery day and to be available upon receipt of your order.

We invite you to contact the customer service of our carrier DPD and to have your parcel number with you. You will be able to assess with them the reasons for this lack of delivery scheduling.

We advise you to contact us via our contact form. At the same time, it is essential that you contact our partner carrier in order to update your address and/or provide additional information on your delivery address.

Sometimes, the update of information on tracking links is accessible with some latency. We advise you to return to the link the next day.

In case of an order with products on reserve, you have the possibility to request cancellation via the contact form. We will send you an email confirming this cancellation as soon as the cancellation is effective. In case of an order for products in stock, cancellation of the order is no longer possible during the preparation and shipment of the order. We advise you to contact customer service via the contact form in order to determine the best solution leading you to cancel the order after shipment.

Usual delivery times are generally weekdays, from 8am to 6pm.

In case of an order with products on reserve, you can contact us via the contact form to estimate whether a change of the delivery address is possible. In case of an order of products in stock, the change of delivery address is no longer possible as soon as the preparation and shipping of the order have been initiated. You can contact us via the contact form to find a solution to your situation.

In general, once the order has been confirmed, it is often difficult to change it. Order processing systems are often automated, and once the transaction is finalized, changes can be complicated. However, to obtain accurate information on the order modification policy of the company concerned, it is recommended to contact customer service as soon as possible.

Delivery dates are chosen between you and our partner carrier, we advise you to contact them quickly to assess your possibilities of changing delivery dates. To do this, you can follow the tracking link(s) of your packages and check your possibility of rescheduling the delivery.

If you would like to check the progress of your delivery, we invite you to access your CAZEBOO account. In the "My orders" section, you will find all the details and information necessary to track the progress of your package.
Simply select the order in question to obtain information on the current status of the delivery. If applicable, you will also find all the tracking links associated with your packages.

We now offer to make our deliveries through our partner DPD. We have agreed with our partner to provide you with the best means of delivery. Indeed, with the help of DPD's expertise, deliveries are made exclusively by offering you an appointment that you choose. This is why the choice of your mobile phone number is important, in order to allow you to receive notifications of delivery choices and to respond to them.

Product Information

Yes, the products are designed to be easily and quickly dismantled in the event of a storm warning, thus ensuring a rapid and safe response to adverse weather conditions.

The warranty is 2 years on all our products.

The accessories compatible with our pergolas are roof canvases as well as sets of 4 curtains.

The roof canvas has an Anti-UV 30+ treatment which will provide significant protection against the sun's rays.

In case of rain, water drains through the posts or the roof. In addition, some products are equipped with gutters to ensure smooth drainage of rainwater.

The products are designed to withstand wind in light conditions, however, they are not suitable for strong winds.

The thickness of the plates is 6mm.

Polycarbonate sheets can be white or anthracite gray.

Currently, Cazeboo offers you anthracite gray (RAL 7016), matte white, beige, moss green, light gray and taupe.
Only the products and colors presented on the site are available for purchase.

Order Problem

In case of an order with products on reserve, you have the possibility to request cancellation via the contact form. We will send you an email confirming this cancellation as soon as cancellation is effective. In case of an order for products in stock, cancellation of the order is no longer possible during the preparation and shipment of the order. We advise you to contact customer service via the contact form in order to determine the best solution leading you to cancel the order after shipment.

Cazeboo provides you with a withdrawal form in our general terms and conditions of sale. As a reminder, you have up to 14 days from receipt of the order to request withdrawal. Find all the information concerning the withdrawal terms in our General Terms and Conditions.

If you have not received confirmation of your order, it is recommended that you contact the after-sales service (SAV) without delay. You can find the contact details of the customer service on the website. By contacting us, you will be able to obtain information on the status of your order, resolve any possible problems and ensure that your request is processed correctly.

In the event of a refusal due to damaged packages, we will receive product return information from our partner carrier. Contact us via our contact form in the “I have a problem with my order” section and follow the after-sales service file creation process. This will allow us to monitor the situation and keep you informed of the follow-up to the reshipment of packages that have suffered damage.

After sending us the information on the order and the packages concerned, we will be able to send you the steps to follow to return the packages concerned to us and allow us to send you the product not received.

Are you missing a package?
You can first check whether you have received all the packages included in your order by logging into your account, in “My order details”. You will then be able to check whether all the packages have been delivered to you or not. If one of the packages has not reached you, and this, with an abnormally long delivery time, contact us via the after-sales service contact form.

Are parts missing from your package?
Contact us via the after-sales service contact form, indicating the missing parts and their coding (make a complete inventory of the parts in your packages and compare with the parts announced in the assembly instructions). Depending on the missing elements, we will find a solution together so that you can assemble your items with peace of mind!

Please contact us via the contact form, section "my product does not work", "my product no longer works" or "I can't get my product to work" depending on the situation. We will establish the actions to be taken in order to find a solution to the problem encountered.

The exchange of products is currently not possible. If you are still within the legal withdrawal period, you can make a request to us to this effect. You can always contact us via the after-sales service contact form.

Cazeboo offers a product return service due to their volume and/or weight. The cost of returning products is made up of a fixed fee of 26.45 euros including tax per package + variable fees depending on the weight of the package (see our T&Cs). These return costs take into account the reimbursement of logistics costs inherent to returns.

You have the possibility to pay in 4 installments without fees thanks to Paypal. Your first payment will be made when you order and the last payment 3 months after your order.
What are the conditions of acceptance?

Alma
Pay in 3 installments without fees by Visa or Mastercard thanks to Alma. On the day of your order, you will pay 1?3 of the amount of the basket. Cazeboo secures all of its transactions via the 3DS system.
This security system may differ depending on your bank: verification code to enter, banking application sending you a confirmation request for a given payment, etc.

How to fix this?
You will need to relaunch an order and follow the 3DS process provided by your bank to which we will redirect you.

Internet payment limit:
Your bank may limit your Internet purchase limit (over a given period and / or a maximum on a transaction).
Some possible cases:
You have made several consecutive purchases over a short period. The cumulative amount exceeds your purchase limit.
The order you wish to finalize exceeds your limit.

Insufficient funds:
When finalizing the order, we make a request to your bank to confirm that we can collect the amount of your order.
One of the cases that may occur is that of insufficient funds at the time of placing the order. In these cases, your bank refuses the authorization.
How to fix it?
Check the funds present in the account used for the transaction. Contact your bank if necessary.
Relaunch the order as soon as your bank validates that your balance does not block the bank authorization again.

A pending payment occurs when you have not finalized the payment with the payment method used.

Victim of its success:
In all cases, these are products whose stock is exhausted. Items without stock are then announced as “Unavailable”.
